Hi. I ordered S140-12 (2) and S140-06 (right and left) to replace broken parts.i could not install the S140-12 without cutting out a big space in the frame. The window does not close well since the top of the spring case is square instead of the original rounded one (original shown in photos).Do you have matching parts for the photos?

Thanks for writing in! The Series 140 assembly is not interchangeable with your balance assembly, unfortunately. Visually, it seems they would but they have much different measurements.
You'll need the 15-111 Pivot Shoe to replace the shoe. I'm confident this is what you need but be sure to carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
This shoe is often used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.
The coil support reminds me of the 15-204 Coil Dual Support. That said, I'm fairly certain you have the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance but be sure to double check the width of your coils. If this correct, I believe the S165-6 6lb coil spring.
