Replacement parts for GU window crank

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
I'm trying to replace both window cranks. Left and right side. I can find no numbers or letters on the crank other then the letters "gu". I included the measurements to better help with finding the correct part. This is for a small kitchen roll out window.

These old GU Operators are no longer made, but you should be able to replace them with our 39-315 and 39-316. See the video below for the full conversion process. Thank you!
