Replacement parts for windows

A quick learner from 34609 says:
Windows are single hung, fixed, aluminum, circa 1980, installed in a Florida home.

I cannot determine if the channel balances are model number 5351 or 5390 from the pics on your website. Pleas see attached photos. I need qty 6 @ 2810, qty 6 @ 2230, qty 2 @ 2210, and qty 2 @ 1610.

I need qty 16 Top Sash Guides. Please confirm from the picture that this is the 5/8" top sash guide part number 18-009.

Window locks (latch) I need qty 12. Please see the photo, I do not see an exact match on your website. Possibly best match would be part 90-293 (extruded plastic latch)???

Incidentally, I am a quick learner, A Realtor, I am the Landlord of the home where the windows are located, I am also a handy person and have worked for years in project management with contractors. I figured quick learner would suffice.

Thank you,
Joe

I guess the question is:

Are we measuring the entire shoe or the depth from the channel to the front of the shoe?? If it's the measurement of the entire shoe then I would need model 5390. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Joe. Thanks for all the detailed photos and information. You want to measure the entire depth of the shoe. I believe you have chosen all the correct parts for your window. Our following balances would make good matches for what you have: S390-17 with a 1610 option, S390-23 with a 2230 option, and lastly our S390-29 with a 2810 option. Finally, the top sash guide that would best fit theses balances is our 18-009 top sash guide.
