This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance. Should you decide to replace those, in addition to the shoes, you'll need to search for any stamps or markings on the balance that would indicate the spring strength needed to support your sash. 

For example, if your balances are stamped with a 7, you'll need to select the S152-7.
