We're happy to help with the hinges but we'll need to see photos of them to compare to our inventory. As for the part in your last photo, would it be possible for us to see it installed?

Thank you for the additional photos! Our 36-048 hinge set is my recommendation, you'll just want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. 

We don't sell a replacement for the lock hardware, unfortunately. I'm afraid it was discontinued and is no longer available. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
