Replacement window hardware

A quick learner says:
I took some pictures of my problem windows. Things I know for sure- American Craftsman Circa 2001 or early 2002

When some cleaning people were washing the windows they inadvertently made them crooked and the hinge snapped. This is the bathroom window.

Thanks for posting, Jennifer. Unfortunately, we're having trouble identifying what you need based on these pictures. Could I see a few pictures of the pivot shoe removed from your window? I'd also like to know its thickness and width. As for the tilt latch, could I see a picture of one that is undamaged and also removed from the window?

Make sure to take a look at this handy video on how to remove a pivot shoe from the window:
A handy person from lebanon NJ says:

Thank you for the additional images! How about our 15-046 and 26-040? Take a look at these parts and let me know if they'll match up.
