Hi there!

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we can't ID missing hardware. Our service requires photos of the original hardware to compare with our inventory. If there's an identical window in the house with an intact operator, we can use that as a reference.

Thank you kindly, Joe. Our 39-316 looks like a modern version of what you show here. The 39-315 is the opposite-handed version. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.

Emily is out of the office today, but I agree with her that your photo shows a split arm operator like the 39-316. The assembly under the operator arm is the hinge. If you need the hinges as well, take a look and compare the 36-048 set with a 10" long base to your assembly.

To completely replace 2 window arms. Is this list correct? All in CLAY. Thank you

36-048 (set of 2)

39-315
39-114L (I assume I need 39-114R?)

The list looks good except the 39-114L is not handed. You would use the same handle for both operators.

Thanks casey.. simply confirming. So 2 (39-114L)?

If you are replacing two operators, that would be correct.

That's great to hear! You're welcome to send back the hinges you didn't use. There is no fee; you would just need to pay to ship them back. See our full return policy here
