Replacing Broken Window Balances

Hello there. You might have an S380-29 Channel Balance, where the 28C stamp suggests you should choose a stamp option of 2830. However, please check the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe. If yours is less, please let us know.

I think the Series 380 will be fine. These fittings are plastic, so a certain amount of wear is to be expected after years of use. It's very likely your shoe was originally 1" deep.
