Replacing Window Channel Balance

A window channel balance has broken so I was trying to find a replacement. I found this website and looks like the 36" Series 795 Channel Balance matches my window balance but I see 36C OB BSI stamped on the Channel Balance.
Would 36" Series 795 Channel Balance match the Channel Balance I indicated above (36C OB BSI Stamped)

Hi, Bob. Yes, that sounds about right. 36C is a stamp that typically indicates a 36" balance with a C option. That is, in fact, an option for the S795-36, so you seem to be on the right track.

I have received my S795-36 replacement balance and looks like the bottom portion is 1 1/4 inches wide when mine are only 1 inch wide so they DONT fit in the window jam. What balance do I need to order to ONLY get the 1 inch wide at the bottom? Looks like everything else matches.

Also, how can I send these back that I cant use since you didn't mention I needed to measure the bottom portion as well?

Sorry about the confusion. I recommend just buying the 15-194 shoe. This is 1" wide. You can pop off the default 1-1/4" shoe that comes with the Series 795 and pop the 15-194 on.
