Republic Window Tilt-in Balance Replacement or Similar

Hi,

One of my Republic Window Tilt-in Balance broke and I'm trying to find a similar replacement. I know the company no longer exist and windows were installed by the builder 16 plus years ago when the house was built. I found something similar on the Swisco site, but the Swisco model I saw, the top connector is a screw in vs. a clip which is what the Rebublic Window channel uses. I uploaded my pictures of the good balance from the other side of the window.

Here are is the other information that was needed:

Stamped info: 26D
Length of Balance: 26 inches
Width: 5/8 inches
Straight Plain Style
Window is Tilt-In

I would be looking to get two new balances to start with even though one is still good.
