Roll Spring Balance Replacement w/Associated Parts

Home Owner from WI
I believe my windows are Simonton or CertainTeed.   Approximately 25 years old. Any part numbers are absent/illegible.  Bottom sash weighs 20.4 pounds.  Require part numbers for replacement roll springs, supports, bumpers, lock shoes, and sash pivot bars if required.   Photos show installed/broken, and removed front and back.  Appears left and right parts are identical from this single hung window.   Due to the springs being in such bad shape upon removal (appears 3 springs per side), can you provide guidance for reinstallation.  I didn't see video on website for this particular window/spring replacement.   Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Mark. I am confident we can replace this, but first, can you tell me the width of the coil spring tape? It should be 1/2" or 3/8". We can narrow it all down from there.

All six roll springs measure 1/2" wide each.
Thank you for your assistance.

Great Mark, thanks. So then you have the 1/2" wide Series 160 springs. For a window sash that weighs 20.4 pounds exactly, use 4 of the S160-05 5.5 pound springs, a pair for each side of the sash. This will give you 11 pounds of support on both sides, for a total of 22 pounds of support overall (being within 1 pound of the sash weight works fine).

For a new pivot shoes, see the 15-111 For new coil covers, see the 15-150D. Finally, for the pivot bar, see if the 26-040 matches up.
