Rusco windows pivot shoe

Question

I need the shoes, and maybe some other hardware, for my Rusco windows.
It has a patent number 5,704,165 on the front.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This exact coil balance shoe is no longer made but we're confident the 15-199 Pivot Shoe will work as a replacement. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that it will be a fit in the window track.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

You'll need to replace the coil springs with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or the 3/8" wide Series 165. To determine the correct series, you'll need to measure the width of your coil spring. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to choose the correct coil.
