S795 balance with a hook

Question

I have a block and tackle sash balance for a tilt window. The code on the existing balance is 28E BSIAO. The balance shoe looks like a SWISCO 15-194.
Do you carry a replacement balance? The hook goes into a round hole.
I'll need two, if they can be made with the 15-194 shoe

We can supply the Series 795 channel balance with the 15-198 hook attached at the top via a custom order. Please note that the 15-194 T-lock shoe will need to be purchased additionally and swapped out with the stock shoe before installation.
