S795 (sort of)

Question

I MW vinyl windows. The channel balances look like your S795 style except that, instead of having a clip with a screw hole at the end of the cord, mine have a flat metal hook that fits into a square hole in the vinyl window frame. The channel balance itself measures 32".

It sounds like you may have the S795-32 with the 15-198 hook attached, which we can supply as a custom order. If you'd like to go that route, we would need to know the stamp code on your balance channel and the number of replacements you need.

How to measure the length of the Series 795 channel balance.

You mentioned that your hook installs in a square cutout in the window jamb, which indicates that you could use the 26-200 screw plug to use our stock S795-32 balances with a screw tab at the end of the pulley. See our video below that shows how to make this slight conversion.
