Series 795 with hook

Thanks for posting. We'd be happy to provide a pair of S795-27 balances with the 15-198 hook attached. There may, however, be another solution so you don't have to return the balances you purchased. Can you show me the hole in the wall the balances attach to? Depending on its shape, there may be a simpler route to take. Otherwise I will immediately send you a quote for these custom balances. 

Hello! Bob's not here today, but I believe I can help. If the square hole you show there is 1/4" then you can use our 26-200 screw plug. The way this works is the plug just pops into that hole, allowing you to install our Series 795 balance as-is. That way there's no need for a custom order.
