Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid I don't know what your question is. Did you want us to confirm that the 39-315 and 39-316 are the correct parts? If so, we need photos of one of the original operators before we can do that. Seeing it removed will be necessary at minimum, to ensure no important details are obscured.
If you rather just had questions about these parts, please clarify and we can work from there.

Okay, thank you. I will attach pictures, and yes, I need new "guts" for my windows. The gear operators on three windows seem to be stripped.

Thank you! I agree that our 39-315 and 39-316 appear to match the original hardware. As long as the dimensions of the arms match then they should work perfectly fine in your window. Yours is an older design that Truth, the manufacturer, no longer makes. The modern design still works in all the same applications.
