Hi,
Need to replace both left & right balances on upper sash.
Details are as follows:
Window is vinyl double-hung with tilt in sashes (manufacturer unknown)
Sash size is 34 5/8 x 17 3/4
Sash weight is 12.8 lbs
Metal part of balance is 14"
Plastic part of balance is 2"
Interior width of channel is 1 1/4"
I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
Don't need installation instruction as I have done this before (with parts purchased from you).
Thanks,
Andrew

Hello,

It's tough to be sure with the balance still installed but I would recommend starting by taking a look at the S770-14 channel balance. You would need 14C strength options for your new balances to support a sash between 10-16 lbs.

As for your pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged version fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options.

In the meantime, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 26-040 and 26-089 to your pivot bar. Note that the backset of at least one installation hole would need to match up to yours. Thank you!
