Tom from SWISCO responded:

This looks like an older version of our S795-14 channel balance. However, it seems that you have a top hook while ours has a top screw tab.

We can make a version of the S795-14 with a 15-198 hook on top, but it will have to be a special order. However there may be a way around that. Can you show me a picture of the hole where that hook of yours goes? If I can see that hole, I can confirm whether my little work-around will be applicable.

Just in case this does have to be specially made, please also tell me how many balances you need.

A home owner from Pine Mountain California says:

Hi Tom, I hope the new photos are what you need. As you see the plastic end bits are all cracked. Do you have these parts as well. I need 4 balances.

Thank you

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Ah, that picture of the hole is just what I needed. Your balance does not need to be a custom order. You can purchase our 26-200 screw plug separately. This pops right in that square hole, allowing you to screw in our Series 795 balance as-is.

As for that plastic end bit, I'm actually not sure what that is. It looks to be a kind of dust plug. I'm afraid we have nothing like this. You may want to contact a local hardware store to see if this is something they'd be able to provide.

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your response - this is really good news!
