Hello! This is an old pivot shoe. We may be able to replace it, but I will need to know the width and thickness of this shoe. I recommend removing it from the window to make sure your measurements are as accurate as possible. I would also like to see the pivot bar that interacts with this shoe, to make sure we find something compatible.

Thanks! Well, we have two options. See the 15-015, which is 17/32" thick, and the 15-046, which is 1/2" thick. Now, both of these look different, but I think they'll still work. They are both compatible with spiral balances, which you have, and both are compatible with the same style pivot bar I see in your second set of pictures (our 26-040, for reference. this looks like a very close match to yours). As long as you can get one that's the right size for your jamb track, you should be okay.
