Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the pivot bar shown in your photos. Could you show us the pivot shoe it engages with and write out the backset of the installation hole in the pivot bar? That could help us determine if one of our pivot bars might work as a replacement. Thank you!

Your shoe appears to be an older version of the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It is compatible with the 26-378 Pivot Bar. Review the specifications below to confirm if it would fit your sash.
