I am looking for a part number for a balance and shoe. The window is a MW vinyl double hung. The balances are a 20B and have the hook on top to attach them to the window frame

Hello,

It looks like you have the S795 channel balance with a 20B strength option. Our balance uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley for installation. If yours uses the 15-198 clip instead, we can have them attached to the S795 as a custom order. I'd also recommend removing your original balance to confirm that the bottom T-lock shoe matches the specifications of the 15-195 that comes with the balance.

From there, we'll just need to confirm how many balances you need with the minimum order being two and we can go from there. Thank you!
