Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you have the Series 795 channel balance. The 1-1/4" wide 15-195 closed cam shoe is attached by default so you may want to remove yours to confirm they match up. 

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.

Thanks for getting back to me. We can supply the S795-26 with the 26B option and 15-198 hook if your balance also installs with a hook. It will just have to be a custom order as we discussed before.

However, I know you said that the plastic pieces are hooked to the unit but I'm talking about how the balance installs at the top of the window. Our stock Series 795 installs with a screw so this wouldn't need to be a custom order if your balance installs the same way. Can you confirm exactly how your balance mounts to the top of the window track? I just want to make sure we get you the right hardware for the job.
