My name is John 

We bought this house new in 2003, the windows are Simonton (just to avoid any confusion) and recently this spring let go and we would like to purchase a replacement or maybe two incase another goes south.

The window opening this spring was in is 23" x 70" and the rest of the house is 35" x 70", if the same spring fits both sizes of window I would like two springs (as long as they are not to expensive) if no just the one

Any assistance you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply, I'm wondering if what you sent included the spring, ours is actually broken in two and we obviously cannot reuse it.
