I need some Ellipse cranks with 13-1/2" arms per this photo.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the entire operator assembly, including the base that is still in the packaging and wheel at the end of the 13-1/2" arm, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
