Searching for 40223

Question

Not sure where I can find these replacement cranks and sliders, I'm in Chicago I'll 60641, any help will be greatly appreciated , there is no model number on the parts except a pat. Number which is
4505601 and there is a name on the part which is (truth).

Hello! This looks like a rear-mount operator. However, the only rear-mounts we carry are the 39-022 and 39-023, which have 11" long arms. I'm not sure how long your arm is, so measure and see if 39-022 or 39-023 can work for you.
