Question

I am in need of the following parts.
They are part of Jeld-wen vinyl single hung windows.

qty- 4 plastic clips at bottom of balance.
qty- 4 metal pivot pins
qty- 4 plastic pivot pin receivers at bottom of sash

Sounds like you need a pivot shoe, shown in your third picture, and a pivot bar, shown in your second. I'm confident we can replace them but we'll need more information to narrow down the list of possibilities.

First, I will need the width and thickness of your pivot shoe. This will likely require that you remove it from the window to get an accurate measurement. Let me know if you need help with that.

I will also need you to remove the pivot bar and show me a clear photo of it by itself. It's hard to make out from your photo. I'll also need to know a particular measurement: the distance from the center of the hole used to screw it to the sash to the end of the pivot bar that goes into the pivot shoe. Hopefully that makes sense. If you look at our 26-040 as an example, this same measurement is 2".
