Searching for 8501-b

I'm looking for replacement parts for this window. I have a building with several of these windows and they all need a repair of one sort or another. Also hoping you have a diagram of the window and the parts. This would make my life much easier. Thank you

Can you show me a picture of the specific hardware you need? I'm afraid the picture of the sticker you sent us did not help. Most window manufacturers use all kinds of generic parts, anyway, so knowing the name of the manufacturer doesn't always help.

Here are pictures of the parts. The pieces that come out horizontally on the window base are broken on almost all the windows. These attach into the slides in the window frames. In the photo you can see the broken off piece is still in the sliding part in the frame

Thank you. We're getting closer. Looks like you need a pivot bar and tilt latch, I'm just not sure what kind. You say they're missing on almost all the windows. Do you still have some handy? If so, I'd like to see them.

Thank you! These pictures are a HUGE help. This is a Silverline 1200 Series vinyl double hung window. For the pivot bars, I recommend our 26-040 and either the 26-412 or 26-427 (which has a nylon housing). For the tilt latches, I recommend our 26-393. The pivot shoe you have is older and discontinued, but I think our 15-046 can replace it. Finally, for the balance, please see our Series 765 channel balance.
