Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance that uses a 1-1/4" closed metal cam T-lock shoe. I cannot confirm from your picture if the T-lock shoe has a closed or see through metal cam back. If it is open, you will need the 15-195B that is sold separately and will need to be switched out before installation.

Please note that this balance uses a screw tab at the top for installation. If yours uses a hook like 15-198 instead, it will require a custom order to assemble for you.
