Searching for H-LC25-45x77

Question

Hi, I am needing a channel balance for a window.
I got these numbers off of the sticker on the sash.
Series: sierra tilt sh
H-LC25-45X77
The channel has 36D stamped on it.
I am attaching pictures.

Hey, Ben. It's tough to make out what you have based on these pictures. I think it might be a special version of our S795-36, but with a 15-198 hook on top. Can you confirm? Can you also tell me the width of the bottom "T" shoe? I need to know if it's 1" wide or 1-1/4" wide.
