Looking for a replacement window latch, part # HS83-607LH in bronze plastic for a metal 1982 window. No picture available. Not sure of manufacturer.

The part number you provided doesn't seem to match up with any of our parts, but take a look at our tilt latches and sash locks to see if you can match the style and dimensions of your part to one of ours. Thank you!

Part # HS83-607LH. I don't have a picture or the name of the manufacturer. It is a plastic spring-loaded latch for bronze aluminum window.

Hm... given that description, it's likely that you need one of the tilt latches that Casey linked above. Click the blue/maroon phrase "tilt latches" to see the selection on our website. Do you see your tilt latch?

Unfortunately, if you don't see your tilt latch among our options, you'll need to find a way to show us the tilt latch, since the appearance and size are equally important. There's no universal part number system that can identify the part, unfortunately, so we have to work with photos and measurements.

The left window latch is the broken one. The right one is what it is supposed to look like. Can you suggest a replacement for the left one? They are bronze metal windows.

Perfect! Check out our 26-089BP tilt latch pair. I can't make out all the details on your latch, so this is more of an educated guess, but this looks like it has a very similar design. Carefully look over our pictures and measurements and see if they're a good match.
