Searching for P02-901 Andersen balances

Question

Can I repair or should I say rewind the spring inside. My wife pulled the window down a bit to far and pulled the strings out of the balancer on each side.

For your cottage window, you'll need our 24-L8-1227 and 24-R12-827 Andersen balances.
