This operator looks similar in design to our 39-155. However, I highly recommend comparing the dimensions we show on its store page to your own part. That way you can be 100% sure that everything lines up.

New information on the hardware. Window is a entry hard with truth hardware. On one the arm I see a number 30849 and on the mounting plate I see a number 40471. The small arm is 2" 7/8

Thanks for the new information. That sticker doesn't tell me anything, but the dimensions do. Your short arm is too small for the suggested 39-155 to work. Instead, consider our 39-334. This has a short arm size of 2-13/16".
