Hello,

Take a look at the video below that demonstrates replacing your GU operators with our 39-315 and 39-316.

As for the other parts, I don't recognize the small metal plate. Could you tell us its function and show us where it installs. Also, the first photo looks like it might be a pivot shoe but we'd need to see it removed from the window to research your replacement options. Thank you!
