Thanks for posting. It looks like you need the Series 795 with the 15-198 hook. The 15-198 is available separately. However, if you'd like to order a Series 795 with the 15-198, we can create this for you as a custom balance. I would just need to confirm that you have the 15-195 shoe, and I would need to see the stamp on the metal channel. If you would like to proceed with a custom order, please let me know your desired quantity.
