Hi Marjie, thank you for posting! 

Your assembly resembles either the 39-438B and 39-439B or the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. The difference between these two styles is the guide at the end of the straight arm. Unfortunately I cannot see a clear view to determine which style you have while installed. Please review the dimensions and the video below highlighting the difference. 

These operators are compatible with the 39-451/39-452 and 39-375/39-376 handle and cover kits depending on your style preference.
