Thanks for writing in! Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-315 and its opposite handed version, part 39-316. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing operator. 

The compatible handle is our 39-114L. You may also need to replace the bracket with our 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket. The opposite handed version is part 39-546.
