Searching for WindowWorld pivot shoe

The metal cam broke on the pivot shoe for my WindowWorld vinyl double hung tilt-in window.

Hello,

I would recommend removing your coil balance from the window to compare to the S140 assembly, which uses the 15-215 shoe. Thanks for posting.
