Searching for rear mount operator 13 1/2"

Quick Learner
I am looking for crank operators similar to the SWISCO Rear Mount Casement operator, 39-023 but with a 13 1/2" length. Do you have a part number and price?

Thanks

Hello!

I'm afraid we don't have the 39-023 with a 13-1/2" long arm. Can you upload a picture of your operator with the window open so that we can see a full view of its arms? That will help us research your replacement options.

The operator also has a black plastic slide not pictured that slips over the post and slides in a track mounted under the casement sash. The centerline dimension from the center of the gear to the center of the post is 13 1/2" and the housing is rear mount.

Thank you! I'm not sure if we have a match for this operator but it's tough to say. Would it be possible for us to see the black plastic slide that goes on the end of your operator's arm? And can we see the track it connects to? That should help point us in the right direction.

I have attached some pictures of the plastic slides. Unfortunately, the channel is installed on the underside of the windows so I can't get a picture.

Thanks

Thank you for the additional pictures! Hmm, I'm actually not sure what to suggest since we don't have an exact match. I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thank you!

We don't carry your exact operator that takes the 39-529 track slide, I'm afraid. The ones we carry have the metal bear at the end. With that said, you would need to replace the track with either the 39-504 under mount or the 39-520 face mount track. As for the 13-1/2" arm, we carry the 39-406 which is installed at the front of the operator. However, yours is installed with screws at the back. If you were to use the 39-406 operator you would need to install the 33-205 threaded nut in the screws holes in the operator so you could still install it as a rear mount. Take a look at the suggested parts listed from the web site along with the related videos to see what you think.
