I have the paperwork for a PD3000 double mortise patio sliding door. The locking mortise is rusted and has become inoperable. The paperwork list this part as a PM520A. The keeper is part PM530. Do you have any thing like this for replacement? The door is white and handles are white also.

I'm not familiar with those codes. Do you know what company they come from?

The trouble with codes is that often, the original mold is discontinued, and a different part number replaced it. It's better if you send a photo of each part that you need, so we can see if there was a change over the years.

A quick learner says:

Hope these look familiar.

Take a look at our 82-239, 82-260, or 82-265. These are all basically the same except they have different face plates. See which one lines up with your lock. The 82-239 comes with a keeper, but the others do not. With that in mind, you might need to order the 82-249 keeper.
