Thanks for writing in! The stamp from your coil leads me to believe the Series 140 is not the correct replacement for your assembly. I'm happy to take a look into this to determine if we can provide you with what you need, I'll just need to see a photo of the existing assembly to identify what you have.

the coil I ordered did not work. I already order before tyour last e-mail. I have included a pic of the old Coil. The tabs at the bottom of the window are to large for the new coil fittings.

You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe to replace the one in your assembly. While I am confident this is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare the dimensions below to confirm it will be a fit.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.

This is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. I noticed your assemblies have a double support clip but they only have one coil attached.

That being said, I would suggest double checking the sash weight. If it is 18lbs, you'll need the S190-940. In that event, you can use the 15-186 Coil Support Clip in place of the double clip.
