Hi there,
There are 2 coils on each side of the sash(Double hang windows). I can't find the weight and type on the broken coils. The only information I can give you is the broken coil is 1/2'' wide and the sash is 14 pounds and the dimension is 26'' x 26''. I would appreciate it if you could help me to find the right type coil balance for my window.

Hey there. I am confident we can help, but could you at least show us the pivot shoe the springs attach to further down the track? The identity of the pivot shoe will narrow down the coil balances you need.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your responds. The pivot shoe is 1-1/4'' wide, 18/32'' thick, the sash is 14 pounds and the dimension is 26'' x 26' and the broken coil is 1/2'' wide. Please check the attached photos. Thank you again for your help.

Hi Derrick. See the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, its a newer version of your old one. if the sash weighs exactly 14 pounds, you can use the S152-7 7 pound spring, one for each side of the sash. That will give you 14 pounds of overall support. For new coil covers if needed, see the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These pieces 'sandwich' around each coil.
