Hello there. it's tough to say, as that stamp is a little weird. Can you send us a photo of the stamp? Can you tell us the exact weight of the window sash the balances support? That exact weight should narrow things down.

Great. For a 24.6 pound window, you can use the S159-12 12.5 pound springs, one on each side of the window sash.
