Series 159 Coil Springs

I cannot determine what balance weight to choose to replace these coil springs. The stamp appears to be 100 on the coil spring. What would you recommend? Thank you!

Hello,

Based on the stamp on your coil balance, I believe you may need to the S159-10. Although, I would suggest weighing the sash to confirm that this is the right one for your window.

The sash weighs approximately 18lbs. Is that still the correct coil balance?

If the sash weighs 18lbs, I would suggest the S159-09, this will support a sash weight up to 19lbs. It will work just fine to support your sash weight.
