Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with a 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe. The stock balance comes with a closed metal cam style. The 15-195B T-lock shoe will need to be purchased separately and switched out before installation.

Review the the balance for a number/letter stamp to choose the correct spring strength stamp option.

The stock Series 795 channel balance uses a screw clip at the top for install. I cannot see this in your pictures. Please note if yours uses a hook like the 15-198 instead, this configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. Please let us know!
