My hardware looks exactly like your series 795, except my hardware has a hook at the top instead of a circular hole. The length measures 27 inches and the width is 9/16 inch. I have the 1 1/4 - Lock Balance Shoe Open Cam. It's # is 15-195B. Do you have a product that utilizes the hook rather than the circular hole? The number and letters on the hardware read: "27B BSI" with a small "TK" as shown in the photograph.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order to attach the 15-198 clip to the end of the pulley cord.

With that being said, you mentioned that you need the 15-195B open-cam shoe but your photos show a closed cam like the 15-195. We'll show both parts below to demonstrate the difference. We'll also need to confirm the number of replacement balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Your experts are very helpful and observant. I mistakenly said I needed a 15-195B. In fact, as pointed out the correct one I need is the 15-195. I would like to order Two custom made 27" Series 795 Channel Balance modified to utilize the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment with the 15-195 Closed cam T-Lock Balance Shoe. I cannot find a way to make the custom order on the website. Can you help? I have established an account.
