Series 795 with custom hook

Question

I would like to buy 2 Series 795 channel balances (28B) with the 15-198 hook attached, and 1" closed cam shoes. (I think 15-194) Can I buy the channel balances with the hook attached? ...or do I need to modify them myself?

Please note that the 15-194 shoe will need to be purchased additionally from the product page before checking out and switched out upon installation.
