My techs' comment's:

Can't test out the balancers because the pin is broken also, they're not a standard balancer. Looks like it's a coil with a pulley built into it.

Pin that slides into the bottom of the window is approximately 2 3/4 long 5/16 wide and approximate a quarter inch high

Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears you have an old Simonton balance set up. You can use the 15-259 and S159 coil balances along with the 26-083 pivot bar since your old one won't be compatible with our shoe. You will also need the 15-255 or 15-256 depending on how many springs are used per side. The video below will go over everything you'll need to know.
