Thanks for writing in! Your T-Lock balance shoe appears to be an older version of the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. Although, you have an older style balance that is no longer made, unfortunately. The grove at the bottom of your channel would prevent our shoe from properly installing on the balance.

That said, our Series 795 Channel Balance will work as a direct replacement. You'll just need to confirm the length of the channel, the stamp from the balance, and whether or not it has a hook or a clip attached to the top.

If your balance has a hook and the installation hole at the top of the window is square in shape, you'll be able to use the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug. Should the installed hole be any other shape, the replacement balances will need to be a custom assembly; in that case, I'd be happy to forward an order link. I'll just need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thanks for the reply, I see the series 795 balance comes with a 1"1/4 shoe . So I would need to purchase the 15-194 shoe to install on the balance ? Guess it would fit . I will have to get the stamp from old balance .

Yes, that is correct. You would need to purchase the shoes separately and swap them out. There is a video tutorial tagged below with instructions on how to do so.

In addition to the stamp, don't forget to double check the hook/clip attachment on the balance.

Thanks for the photos! Yes, your replacement balances will need to be a custom assembly. You'll need to have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment installed to the top of them.

Once I have the stamp from the balance (or the sash weight), I'll be able to provide you with a link that can be used to review the quote and place the order from your online cart. If any of the stamps and/or balance sizes differ from this balance, I'll need to know those as well.

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase; if they differ, I'll need to know the quantity for each stamp. There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.

In the meantime, your tilt latches look like they could possibly be replaced with our 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. To confirm, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions using the diagrams below.

If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions, written out; especially the length. Unfortunately, I would not be able to confirm the replacement you need based on the photos of the measuring tape.
