Shoe and other part to secure coils needed

The coils and the part that goes into window say 4 on all. The parts that go into the window both broke. The pat no on the shoe says 5.704.165.

As best we can tell, your window parts are the 15-199 pivot shoe with the 26-378 tilt bar and the 1/2"-wide S160-4 coil spring. The white piece might be the 15-148 rubber bumper. Please compare these suggestions to what you're trying to replace and let me know if they will work.
