Side slides for hinged window

The windows will not hold in place. I can get the window out and back in place but when opening up the window it slides back shut. I do not know how to replace these pieces.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe but we may still be able to help. I recommend you consider the Series 140. Look over the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

The related video will show you how to remove your hardware using the cutout method. You will also need to weigh the window sash to determine the proper strength.

i have measured the pivot shoe on the side of the window, the measurements are 18/32 x 1 1/4 inch. Do you have a pivot shoe with these measurements? I am still trying to find out the company that made the windows. Thank you, Dave

I'm afraid we don't sell a pivot shoe with these exact specifications. The Series 140 is the best we can offer. However, take a look at this discussion here where a customer with the same pivot shoe adapted the S140 to work.
